Job responsibilities include:
- To prospect, sell and service Commercial Property and Casualty insurance with a focus on the middle market insureds.
- To market new and renewal accounts to our carriers as needed.
- To service those accounts within the agency that are assigned to you.
- To refer qualified prospects to the other departments within our firm.
- To ensure proper cash flow for the agency by placing an emphasis on the timely collection of your client's premiums.
- To assist in the education and development of other TBM employees.
- To work toward the common goals of the agency in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
