TBM Multifamily was formed in 1993 to serve the needs of medium-sized business owners, who were not large enough to have an in-house risk manager. In fact, when we opened our doors, multifamily business made up approximately half of our revenue. Thus, we created TBM Multifamily to recognize and emphasize the importance of the apartment industry to the overall success of our company.
